One 3-hour session (in person or Zoom) to integrate and strengthen your learning.

During this session you will:
• Review and refine your hypnosis skills
• Receive hands-on support for the birth partner
• Participate in a guided birth rehearsal

Includes ongoing phone/text support for questions and guidance leading up to your birthing time.
